A new, six-tenant retail building will be coming soon to Murphy Marketplace, the Murphy Community & Economic Development office announced.
The 8,637-foot building will be built at the northeast corner of FM 544 and North Murphy Road and is designed to accommodate up to six tenants, including a drive-thru restaurant.
Phillips Edison & Company, based in Cincinnati, owns the Murphy Marketplace.
“There will be retail and or service-section tenants,” Jared Mayfield, director of community and economic development for the city of Murphy, told the News. “I don’t think everything is finalized with the tenants … but we have worked with a couple of those potential tenants.”
