Diners can eat a traditional egg breakfast or indulge in a skillet chicken or steak meal at the Scrambler Cafe in Murphy.
Or they can have pancakes or French toast.
Whatever the appetite or culinary preference, they can treat themselves to numerous dishes at the cafe, which opened in early January at 231 E. FM 544, suite 709.
Open for breakfast and lunch, the cafe has another location in Plano.
“A true family affair,” said owner Tim Ramo, about the two Scrambler Cafes.
Ramo was born and raised in the Chicago area and has been in the restaurant business for 22 years. He had restaurants in the suburbs of Chicago and came to North Texas to continue to pursue the American Dream.
