Diners can eat a traditional egg breakfast or indulge in a skillet chicken or steak meal at the Scrambler Cafe in Murphy.

Open for breakfast and lunch, the cafe has another location in Plano.

Ramo was born and raised in the Chicago area and has been in the restaurant business for 22 years. He had restaurants in the suburbs of Chicago and came to North Texas to continue to pursue the American Dream.
