With five regular season games remaining in her sophomore season, Plano East guard Arianna Robinson became the program’s all-time leading scorer on Tuesday.
And she did it in a winning effort.
Plano East completed the season sweep of defending District 6-6A champion Prosper, earning a 52-38 home win over the Lady Eagles.
Robinson broke the scoring record that was previously held by Tavy Diggs, Class of 2019 Plano East graduate.
With the win, Plano East improved to 11-0 in district play and 23-7 overall.
It’s been a week of milestones for the Lady Panthers’ girls basketball team.
Head coach Derrick Richardson earned his 200th career coaching win in a 79-28 win over Plano West on Friday, Jan. 16.
