There’s nothing madder than a wet haunt. So Murphy’s Skele-bration will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, inside the Murphy Community and Activity Centers, across the street from the City Hall complex.
The festival, held with the PTAs of Boggess and Hunt Elementary schools, features a costume contest, candy stations, face painting and a haunted maze. Vendors will be on site with food and snacks.
The dog costume contest has been canceled.
