Murphy is getting new neighbors and Mayor Scott Bradley couldn’t be happier about the plan.
Centurion American Development Group has proposed 89 single-family homes on two-acre lots on the Southfork Ranch property it bought two years ago.
“I’m really excited that those are two-acre lots,” Bradley said at his annual State of the City briefing for the Murphy Chamber of Commerce. “I was worried that that was going to be much more high density. And the last thing we want is a lot of high density in Parker, because that impacts North Murphy Road.”
