Emerald City Band rocks the house down in the final Sounds at Sundown concert, Friday, June 28.

Drivers lucky enough to find a spot unloaded quickly, hauling lawn chairs and coolers to the Amphiheater for the last concert of the Sounds at Sundown series featuring Emerald City Band of Dallas.
The temperature on Friday, June 28, peaked in triple digits but cooled to the upper 90s, according to the sign in front of City Hall. A brisk southerly breeze did little to beat the heat as the high-energy band, clad in white, took the stage.
