Republic Services has ended the two-week special collection that removed volume restrictions. For pickup, all brush must be bundled in four-foot lengths for a total of 4 cubic yards.
Republic Services is still picking up brush from last month’s storms but has ended the two-week special collection that removed volume restrictions.
Company official Rick Bernas told the Monday, June 18, meeting of the Murphy City Council that Republic Services had picked up 386 tons of storm debris in the first two weeks, compared with the city’s normal monthly average total of 559 tons.
