The city of Murphy is considering a hiking trail that would link with the cities of Sachse and Wylie by crossing a decommissioned landfill.
City Manager Mike Castro told Murphy City Council members at their regular meeting Tuesday, March 21, that no action was needed immediately, but he wanted to gauge their interest in the idea.
