This morning, a statement was released by the city of Murphy, rescinding the water boil notice issued on Saturday.
The notice states: “Following a series of exhaustive tests on the quality of water, the City of Murphy has issued a statement rescinding the boil water notice.”
“The rescind notice is effective immediately and allows for users of Murphy-supplied water to resume its utilization for all purposes without the need for boiling or other mitigation.”
