The Murphy Planning and Zoning Commission discussed a zoning change, ordinance amendments and a construction plat during the June 27 regular meeting.
The first public hearing concerned an application from Nima Home, Inc. requesting approval of a zoning change from single-family residential 20 to single-family residential 20 with a planned development overlay.
