by | Dec 13, 2021 | Latest, Sports

According to reports from Plano ISD officials, Plano East head football coach and athletic director Joey McCullough is set to retire.

The Panthers were 2-8 this past season, capturing their first wins in almost two years in the process. McCullough, a Plano East alum, took on the head coaching position in 2014 and was 28-54 during that span.

Plano ISD said they would immediately begin the search for a new head coach and athletic director.
