by | Dec 7, 2021 | Latest, Sports

The Plano East Panthers continued their unbeaten start with a victory over Rowlett, 67-53.

East controlled the game for much of the second half, scoring 40 points during the span. The Eagles made a run to trim the lead to as little as six points, but the Panthers outscored them by eight over the final few minutes of the victory.

Brandon Hardison led all scorers with 21 points for the Panthers, while Morris Williams added 11. Plano East is now 11-0 for the season, outscoring opponents by 10.55 points per game.

The Panthers head to the Cedar Hill Tournament this weekend in their final non-district tournament before district games.
