Experience offers excitement for Panther football

In an offseason that has been full of changes, uncertainty and frustration, Plano East is mov­ing forward.

Last season was about build­ing the team around a young core. Many of the starters were underclassmen, including quar­terback Dylan Hayden, who had transferred from Wyoming. Their inexperience led to an ul­timately frustrating 1-9 record. Panthers head coach Joey Mc­Cullough said that youth sees the team progressing forward for 2020.
