Although summer doesn’t officially begin until this weekend, rising temperatures and lack of rain are already causing problems for some Texans.
So far this year, two children across the U.S. – including one from the Houston area – have died. Kidsandcars.org found that in 2019, 53 children died as a result of being locked in hot cars.
