As the novel coronarvirus continues to spread, churches are faced with the unenviable task of spreading the message outside the chapel doors.
“We are trying to keep things as normal as possible during these tough times. We’re encouraging people to stick with their normal Sunday routine of getting up, eating breakfast and getting dressed,” First Baptist Church Murphy Pastor Ben Phillips said. “Once you get out of a rhythm it can be tough to get back in, much like working out. We’re encouraging them to treat it like nothing has changed.”
