Proposed changes in the city ordinance requiring Murphy property owners to maintain their property in sanitary condition were reviewed in a city council workshop last week.
The council conducted the workshop prior to the regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Approval of the proposed changes will be at a later meeting.
