Durham signs with LA Chargers

Landis Durham joined a short list of Plano East footballers to make it to the NFL draft.

The 2015 graduate signed as an undrafted free agent with the NFC champion Los Angeles Rams.

He follows in the footsteps of Charlie Peprah (New York Giants in 2006), Terrence Wheatley (New England Patriots in 2008), Keenan Robinson (Washington Redskins in 2012) and Justin Blalock (Atlanta Falcons in 2007).

Peprah was a member of the Green Bay Packers 2010 Super Bowl XLV team.

They beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25.

Durham played four seasons at Texas A&M University in College Station.
