Plano East started off the season in the three-day Wylie ISD Tournament.
They emerged with a 3-2 finish after downing Mesquite Horn 5-4 and 11-10, and Frisco Centennial 8-2.
Tournament top finisher Wylie East defeated them 5-0 and 6-3.
Plano East plays next in the Dallas Jesuit Classic on Thursday, Feb. 28 to Saturday, March 2.
