PLANO – Since the preseason, winless Plano West has marked one game on their calendar as one they believed they could win, Plano East.

Plano East responded to this tomfoolery with an absolute 51-17 thrashing of a now 0-9 Plano West in District 9-6A on Friday, Nov. 2.

Plano East was kind enough to wave the Plano West players goodbye as they exited the field after the game, and teams had to be separated by coaches and refs to avoid a major confrontation at John Clark Stadium.

Plano East went into the game missing three very good linebackers and had to call up three players from junior varsity in order to fill out their depth chart.
