“Not ready to play,’’ “lethargic,” “did not play up to capabilities,” and “not ready to play” are all phrases Plano East head coach Joey McCullough used to describe his team’s performance against Plano on Friday, Oct. 19.
Plano East football suffered their second loss in a row to Plano 41-19, this time in District 9-6A at Kimbrough Stadium.
Plano East missed even more tackles than they did versus Allen and didn’t record a touchdown until midway through the fourth quarter.
The defense missed tackles, wide receivers dropped balls, there were missed throws, the offensive line missed blocks, and the kickers struggled all throughout the game.
