For a second straight week Plano East football was firing on all cylinders in non-district action.

They came away with the 36-0 win over Lake Highlands last Friday in the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Prep Showcase.

“We did a very good job on defense and scored points when we had the chance,” PESH head coach Joey McCullough said. “We knew Lake Highlands was going to be a good test and we took care of business.”

The Panthers improved to 2-0 on the year and 3-0 during their trips to the Cotton Bowl.
