Provost announced for new Collin College Wylie campus

Collin College last week announced several administrative appointments and one administrative change, including the vice president and provost of the planned campus in Wylie.

Appointed to head the new Wylie campus, is scheduled to open in 2020, is Mary McRae, EdD. The campus is being designed to serve 7,200 students and gives the college a better presence in the southern portion of Collin College. It will be located on Country Club Road across from the Wylie Municipal Complex.

McRae has been with Collin College since 1986. She previously served as vice president/provost at two other campuses, the Central Park Campus in McKinney from 2008-2011 and the Spring Creek Campus in Plano from 2011-2018.
