Young Masters at Dallas Museum of Art

by | Mar 29, 2018 | Education

Seven students enrolled in AP Studio Art have their work featured in the Dallas Museum of Art as part of the Young Masters Exhibition. The gallery began on Feb. 25 and will be on display until April 15.

“I was really honored that my art is going to be in the DMA and there’s going to be a lot of people looking at it,” senior Catie Savage said. “I think it is crazy that this is happening.”

In the first round of digital submissions, over 560 works were received. After a preliminary round of judging, it was narrowed down to 126 works. Fifty four studio art works were chosen for the display.
