Prosper tournament up next on slate

Plano East softball will see plenty of time on the field this week in non-district.

The Lady Panthers (7-1 overall as of Monday, Feb. 26) opened things Tuesday, Feb. 27 with Midlothian.

That’s followed by a March 1-3 tournament at Prosper.

They’ll play Longview (9 a.m. March 1), The Colony (1 p.m. March 1), Fort Worth Pascal (11 a.m. March 2), Colleyville (1 p.m. March 2), Frisco Lone Star (5 p.m. March 3) and Prosper (7 p.m. March 3).

The District 6-6A slate opens 7 p.m. March 6 at Wylie. Games left in the first round are with Denton Guyer (March 9) and McKinney Boyd (March 16), at McKinney (March 16), with Plano West (March 20), at Allen (March 23) and with Plano (March 27).

All start at 7 p.m.
