Three Wylie Independent School District assistant principal positions have been created to meet increasing enrollment and have been filled by promotions for the 2018-’19 school year.
Davis Intermediate School assistant principal will be Angela Waters, currently a fourth grade teacher at Cox Elementary; Wylie East High School assistant principal will be Adam Jacobson, currently a science learning specialist; and Tony Gilliam, currently a mathematics teacher at Draper Intermediate, will be assistant principal at Wylie High School.
Waters began her teaching career in Richardson ISD in 1998. While in RISD, she served as an elementary school teacher, special education lead teacher and special education administrator.
