PLANO — The Panthers concluded the regular season in exciting fashion last Friday, defeating Plano 40-39 on a last-second touchdown and two-point conversion.

That win, which took place at John Clark Stadium, left them at 6-4 overall and 5-2 in District 6-6A, and propels them into the postseason date at Hebron this Friday. They’ll face the District 5-6A representative in a Class 6A, Region I, Div. I bi-district contest.

Hebron lost 52-34 in the regular-season finale to Southlake Carroll; the latter will host Wylie, another 6-6A representative, in Div. II bi-district action on Friday. In other first-round games, Allen hosts Euless Trinity in a Div. I matchup, while Denton Guyer hosts Byron Nelson in Div. II competition.
