Farmers Insurance set up a Catastrophe Response team in the parking lot of Lowe’s in Murphy to process damage claims from Murphy and Wylie property and vehicle owners after a devastating hailstorm pounded the area Monday, April 11.
“We could be here 1-2 weeks, or longer,” automobile claims supervisor Mark Lee said.
