Plano East’s basketball teams each prevailed in their match ups Friday night with Flower Mound Marcus.
The Panthers remained atop the District 6-6A standings with a 77-58 triumph that improved their record to 10-1, putting them two games ahead of second-place Allen (8-3).
The Lady Panthers are 7-6 in 6-6A after downing the Lady Marauders 56-46. They are in fifth place, two games behind Allen. Both Allen teams had a bye on Friday.
Plano West (12-1) leads the girls’ standings, just a half-game in front of Flower Mound (12-2).
