The Panthers are now 9-1 in district play, and still in the lead with 6-6A, after dropping crosstown rival Plano 69-46 on Tuesday. PESH remain ahead of second-place Allen (8-3), with Flower Mound (7-4) and Plano Westr (6-5) in third and fourth place, respectively.
The Lady Panthers fell to 6-6 in district play following a 53-30 loss at Plano. They are currently in fifth place behind Plano West (11-1), Flower Mound (11-2), Plano (10-3) and Allen (9-4).
East’s boys will host Flower Mound Marcus this Friday, while the girls will face the Lady Marauders at Marcus’ home court.
