Joey McCullough was highly enthusiastic about his Panthers heading into this season.
This past Friday at Kimbrough Stadium, the black and gold showed the head coach’s faith in them was justified, as they manhandled Lake Highlands 36-14 in the 2015 season opener. PESH will try to go 2-0 this Friday, when they host Jesuit at Kimbrough. After that, the Panthers commence a nine-game 6-6A schedule, starting Friday, Sept. 11 at Flower Mound Marcus.
