Duvernay named to All-USA second team

Incoming Sachse senior Devin Duvernay was recently named to the All-USA Boys Track and Field Second Team as a 100-meter performer.

Duvernay made his this past May, when he became the first Mustang, either individual or team, to earn state championship by winning the Class 6A 100-meter race at the University of Texas in Austin.

The senior is also a highly touted college football recruit as a receiver; he’s ranked No. 2 (Class of 2016) in the nation at that position in the 247Sports Composite rankings.
